- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- We offer **standard shipping across India**.
- Shipping is **free on all prepaid orders** above ₹499.
- Orders below ₹499 may attract a nominal shipping fee, displayed during checkout.
- Delivery typically takes **4–7 business days**, depending on your location and courier service.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure timely and safe delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via email/SMS. You can track your order status using the provided link.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team.
- We will raise the issue with the courier company and keep you updated on the resolution.
- Refunds or replacements for lost orders will be provided after thorough verification.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping address details are accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional charges for reshipping.
7. Damaged Packages
- If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- For any damage discovered after delivery, notify us within 48 hours with photos or video proof for support.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship orders within Uttar Pradesh, India.
